Both universities in Delaware offer online cyber security programs.
Wilmington University Online Bachelors
At Wilmington University, the College of Technology offers a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Network Security. 40 total courses will be taken throughout the curriculum, which adds up to 120 credit hours. Topics explored include methods to solve cyber security issues in the industry, applying ethical principles, and the ability to develop and analyze network security processes. Many of these courses can be taken at either the New Castle campus or online.
This Bachelor's degree will prepare students to earn certification in as a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or a vendor certification through CompTIA. Graduates have gone on to pursue cyber security positions such as digital forensic examiners, network administrators, and information security analysts. The core subjects must be passed with a "C-" grade or higher.

University of Delaware Online Masters in Cyber Security Degree
The University of Delaware has a Master of Science in Cybersecurity that can be completed conveniently online. They should be proficient in computer programming such as Java or Python.
